Satellite Reef – West Valley College

The students and community at West Valley College Cilker School of Art and Design are crocheting a Satellite Reef. The project will kick-off with the Earth Stewardship Symposium, on April 19, 2018, at which the IFF's Satellite Reef program manager – Anna Mayer – will present a public lecture about the Crochet Coral Reef and its worldwide nexus of art, science, environmentalism and community practice. A program of Crochet Coral Reef workshops will accompany the symposium, conducted by Heidi Bruckner.
